Perfect at the end of the meal as a digestive. Product naturally aged for 35 years in barrels of 7 precious woods. Dense, creamy and with complex aromas, it should be savoured drop by drop. To be used raw and poured in small drops on aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino DOP. Sublime on strawberries and berries and special when paired with dark chocolate or artisanal cream ice cream.

18 years old
A versatile product, ideal when combined with all types of river and sea of fish, crustaceans and shellfish. Extraordinary in enhancing the flavour of oysters. Product naturally aged for 18 years in barrels of 7 finest woods. Velvety, dense and creamy, it is ideal to enrich any dish. Perfect on aged and semi-aged cheeses, especially savory and spicy ones. Excellent as a final touch on risottos and pasta dishes. Delicious when added to fresh or baked fruit, on desserts like panna cotta or crème caramel. Perfect at the end of the meal as a digestive.
